Making sunflower pate today with my amazing┬áVitamix! Sometimes I just whip up some dip and simply┬ámunch on veggie slices all day with it. Excellent for a lighter snack when you don’t feel particularly hungry or you’re just plain busy to make a full meal. On days like this┬ásuch dip is the┬ábest bet! Sunflower pate is my favourite one right now, I just can’t get enough of it, making it literally every day. It goes perfectly with any veggies you’ve got in your fridge – carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, turnip, beets, you name it. Which just makes this dip even more purrrfect! ­čśŤ Read on for the details…

Sunflower Pate

Sunflower Pate Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 generous cup fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp cold pressed olive oil
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in your food processor or in Vitamix on low speed so that pate works out somewhat chunky. Serve with any veggie slices and enjoy! Mmmm… ­čśÇ
