Back to spiralizing madness! So happy I got that Tri-Blade spiralizer recently. It definitely add tons of variety to my raw veganism. And for $30 it’s definitely plenty of FUN! I’ve been spiralizing virtually every spiralizable (is that even a word? 😀 ) veggie I could find – zucchinis, cucumbers, turnips, beets, squash. And they all are so much fun in salads this way. Plus, the spiralizing itself is super quick and easy peasy, so I’m sure I’ll be making much more of these. Can’t wait to share more pictures of spiralized salads and platters with you guys!
