Enoki Mushrooms Soup
Finally, we had some first snow this week, it’s really cold, so definitely time to go back to cooking wintery foods such as hot soups. That’s the first one I cooked up this week from a package of enoki mushrooms and some other spare ingredients I had, it’s spicy, rich, hot, and excellent for this weather.
